A Special Partner Letter
September 2025
Dear Partner and Friend!
I am writing this letter to remind you of just how committed God is to His plans, particularly His plan and purpose as far as you are involved and concerned. He wants you to know that HIS PLAN STANDS. He has declared it from long ago!
Isaiah 46:9-11
āRemember the former things of old, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me,
Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done,Ā Saying, āMy counsel (plan) shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,’
Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel (plan), from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it.ā
God has a ābig pictureā corporate plan that includes all of His children, and then within that plan He also has unique, individual, and detailed plans for each one of us related to His big picture plan. Our Father is The Great Planner!
We learn from this passage in Isaiah and others that God has declared our end before we ever had a beginning. Thatās amazing! Before the foundation of the world, God chose us in Christ that we should be holy, blameless, and above reproach in His sight. Through Christ, He has restored perfect righteousness to us! [Eph 1:4; Col 1:22]
By Godās grace, through faith, we have been saved and recreated in Christ Jesus as Godās very own handiwork and masterpiece. Truly there is no one else quite like you! Included with this, He has also set a plan, a path, and good works before each one of us to follow and fulfill. Itās a package deal! [Eph 2:8-10]
The Book of Ephesians reveals that now in Christ we have each received an inheritance, being predestined according to Godās purpose, who promised to work all things according to the counsel (plan) of His will. [Eph 1:11]
Even though we may falter, waver, and get distracted at times, the voice of our good Father and Shepherd never changesāāI know the PLANS that I have for you declares the Lord!ā [Jer 29:11] The Father has plans!
And this is Godās word to you right now:
āMy counsel (plan) does stand! I will do all My pleasure!ā
The Father wants us each to be encouraged and stirred up about HIS PLAN. Days, months, or even years may have passed by, but God has not changed His mind regarding those good things He has purposed to do from the beginning. He is just as committed now as He has ever been regarding the things He has spoken and prepared.
But even though these things have been planned, prepared, and even predestined, that doesnāt mean that they are āautomaticā where we are concerned. We also have a part to play.
Itās time for each one of us to come back to our Father about HIS PLAN in order to position ourselves to stand with Him. You may even want to ask Him to bring to your remembrance what He has already promised and spoken to you. [Jn 14:26] He is very much willing and ready to bring these things to pass! Now is the time for His plan!
God is now looking for the agreement and cooperation of His people to join Him in faith and to say what He says:
āGodās plan does stand!
As He has purposed for me from the beginning so it shall be!
And as for me, I stand with Godās plan!
Godās plan for my life does stand, and I stand in Godās plan!ā
Would you dare to declare that?
It can be all too easy to slip back over into the spiritual gear of āneutralā, where we are going through the routines of Christian life and service, yet we are no longer really believing, pursuing, and on the lookout for HIS PLAN. But the Lord wants us each to be red hot with expectation and engaged in regards toĀ HIS PLAN. What God has purposed He is ready to perform!
God is looking for those who will join with Him in faith, agree with what He has said and purposed, and then step out as He directs. Just as this passage in Isaiah says, God is still calling for the man (and woman) who will āexecute His counselā (His plan).
Are you still willing to be an executor of Godās plan?
Iām writing this letter to stir you up about Godās Plan and your portion of that plan. There are some weighty and glorious things that The Father desires to bring to pass in this hour!
2 Corinthians 1:15-22
And in this confidence I intended to come to you before, that you might have a second benefitāto pass by way of you to Macedonia, to come again from Macedonia to you, and be helped by you on my way to Judea. Therefore, when I was planning this, did I do it lightly? Or the things I plan, do I plan according to the flesh, that with me there should be Yes, Yes, and No, No?
But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No. For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by usāby me, Silvanus, and Timothyāwas not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
God does not make light laid plans. He doesnāt plan things lightly such as to say, āAww I changed My mind about that.ā or, āOh, I didnāt really mean that.ā No, when our God purposes something He follows through.
Godās Word and His plans are yes and amen from His standpoint, but that doesnāt mean that they will automatically come to pass in our lives. He still needs a people who will dare to believe and stand with Him in and for what He has purposed. He also needs our heartfelt and determined āYes and amen!ā
I believe that you are one of those people! The Father has even given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee of the things He has planned. We have been established in Christ and anointed by the Spirit of God for HIS PLAN. Not only is the Holy Spirit the GUARANTEE of these things, but He is also THE GUIDE into them. As far as the Lord is concerned, these are no-fail plans! He is now calling upon us to gird up the loins of our minds.
being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
Our God is a FINISHER. He completes what He starts.
āFor which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish itā lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him.
Jesus taught about the importance of us counting the cost and being prepared āto go all the wayā as His disciples. If He expects us to count the cost, HOW MUCH MORE has He already counted the cost for all that will be required to supply and enable each of us to FINISH what He has planned for us. His plan stands! There will be no lack for those who stand for what God has planned. The question is, will we stand with Him? Will we live for our own, or will we continue to seek and ask for what He has planned?
The Lord gave me āThree Fāsā related to what He is looking for in response to this message.
The Lord needs our faith. In other words He needs our heartfelt belief and agreement regarding the reality of His plan;
a belief that moves us to take some action and rearranges our pursuits
a belief that changes our talk (our words) and our walk (what we do)
The Father needs us to genuinely āmix faithā with what we have heard and once again believe that He has a good plan and that His plan is coming to pass!
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the LORD
In the land of the living.
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,
When we really believe we will speak. Believing and speaking are inseparable. It is vital that we simply believe and keep our mouths hooked up in agreement with what God has said. This is where it begins! āGodās plan is real! I believe in that plan. And as far as Iām concerned, Godās plan does stand!ā Will you begin to confess it for yourself?
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
As His authorized representatives on earth, itās important that we give God something to work with. That something we can give Him is OUR FAITH. Without this simple, yet powerful ingredient, we cannot please God.
God has already declared some things. āNow itās our time to believe and line up our declarations with Him. āThis is faith! āSo what should we say?
āItās happening. Itās coming to pass! Things are working out! Things are lining up! Iām lining up!
Godās plan for my life does stand! Iām taking my place in Godās plan!ā
And since we really believe God our affirmations and declarations of faith are always from a place of rest and joy! āWe are merely agreeing with Him. āThe voice of rejoicing is in the tents of the righteous! [Ps 118:15]
1 John 1:1-4
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of lifeā the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to usā
that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
Itās time to put a PREMIUM on our daily fellowship with the Father, through His Word and by His Spirit. Itās time to put an emphasis on what we do daily and consistently. Our primary responsibility as GodāsĀ children is to hear from our Father and to walk with Him.
When it comes to fulfilling Godās plan, we need not concern ourselves with everything, but we do need to prioritize our fellowship with the Lord, making a point to tune in with Him, and then follow through on the things He quickens to us on a daily basis. It really is this simple!
The lazy man does not roast what he took in hunting,
But diligence is man’s precious possession.
Diligence is our precious possession! Letās put this precious possession of ours to work! The diligent man does what is necessary daily. He follows through! The Lord is calling on us to practice victory day by day, but simply doing as He directs each and every day. What we do daily and consistently will stack up over time and eventually bring BREAKTHROUGH.
We all like that word ābreakthroughā, but breakthroughs are often the end result of a process. āBreakthroughs come from repeated, consistent, and continual application. āBreakthroughs may appear SUDDENLY, but they are often initiated and processed very ROUTINELY. We must never underestimate the value of daily fellowship with our Father and giving diligence to those things He instructs us to do on a daily basis. Godās plan stands and breakthroughs are in your future!
Our job is to believe God (which will always show up in your mouth!), fellowship with Him, and then to FOLLOW His leading. Sons of God are LED by the Spirit of God. [Rom 8:14] If the Spirit is leading, that means I am not. Thatās really a revelation!
āIf anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also.
If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
The way we serve God is by FOLLOWING HIM. In this place we will experience the Fatherās HONOR. When it comes to Godās plan we must only do what He shows us. We must simply continue to take the steps that He reveals. And as we do all shall be well!
I would often hear a great father in the faith make this statement in his meetings: āYou donāt have to try and make it happen. Instead, let it happen.ā In other words, God will bring His plan to pass as you become preoccupied with believing Him, fellowship with Him, and then following through on His instructions.
This is the beauty of seeking Godās plan. He will absolutely bring it to pass! Itās HIS plan.
We donāt have to FORCE. Instead, we are called to FOLLOW.
We donāt have to PUSH. Instead, we are called to PRESS.
And that PRESS of ours is directed towards Godās Word, knowing Him, hearing His voice, and then following through on His instructions.
Our part is to believe, obey, and enter into REST, knowing that He will bring it to pass!
Let me close out this letter with a portion from one of my favorite Psalms. I would encourage you to get out a pen or highlighter and make some notes here or in your Bible. These verses are loaded with comfort, instruction, and promise!
Psalm 37:1-11
1Ā Ā Do not fret because of evildoers,
Ā Ā Ā Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
2Ā Ā For they shall soon be cut down like the grass,
Ā Ā Ā And wither as the green herb.
3Ā Ā Trust in the LORD, and do good;
Ā Ā Ā Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
4Ā Ā Delight yourself also in the LORD,
Ā Ā Ā And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
5Ā Ā Commit your way to the LORD,
Ā Ā Ā Trust also in Him,
Ā Ā Ā And He shall bring it to pass.
6Ā Ā He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light,
Ā Ā Ā And your justice as the noonday.
7Ā Ā Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him;
Ā Ā Ā Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way,
Ā Ā Ā Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
8Ā Ā Cease from anger, and forsake wrath;
Ā Ā Ā Do not fretāit only causes harm.
9Ā Ā For evildoers shall be cut off;
Ā Ā Ā But those who wait on the LORD,
Ā Ā Ā They shall inherit the earth.
10 For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more;
Ā Ā Ā Indeed, you will look carefully for his place,
Ā Ā Ā But it shall be no more.
11 But the meek shall inherit the earth,
Ā Ā Ā And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Look at verse Five here: āHe shall bring it to pass!ā
Faithā¦Fellowshipā¦Followā¦Did you get it? Thatās our part! Donāt fret. Donāt worry. You donāt have to make things happen. Stick with God and His plan! He will bring it to pass! Itās time for us to see some wondrous and glorious things!
Standing in Godās plan by the grace of God,
Joseph Kack
